EXHIBITION GAMES - All exhibition games require a sanction number to get one you must submit a Exhibition Sanction Request Form found on our website under FORMS
YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF DENIED. You are also required to submit the eGamesheet within 24 hours of hosting the exhibition game.
TRAVEL PERMIT - you require a travel permit for all travel out of our city, it is required to include the sanction number in your permit request and YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF DENIED. The Travel Permit Request Form can be found on our website under FORMS.
ALL GAME SHEETS FROM EXHIBITION AND TOURNAMENT GAMES whether home or away must be sent to our Zone Sanctions and Discipline Coordinator
- a link to the eGamesheet is sent to you when your sanction is approved (do not lose it) you must complete this within 24 hours of the game.
- email or picture of the game sheets can be submitted in the event of an emergency ruling required or if there is a problem with the eGamesheet, but our Discipline Coordinator must be notified of the problem with the eGamesheet
- no need to send the originals.
- Please only send copies of the white or yellow copies, the pink copies are typically very hard to read.
Make sure game sheets and ref reports are completely filled out and legible.
ALL GAME SHEETS WITH WRITEUPS OR REF REPORTS must be submitted IMMEDIATELY after the game so a timely ruling can be made.

SPECIAL EVENT SANCTION - you require a special event sanction for all team activities outside of the actual on the ice game. You will be notified if your requested activity is DENIED. The Special Event Sanction Request Form can be found on our website under FORMS.
