All  participants must be registered with Hockey Alberta

and have permission from their  Home  Minor Hockey Association

(if you are outside of Lethbridge)

You must bring a Permission Form for Sanctioned Activity signed by your local MHA.

3 on 3 Tournament  2020

Date:  March 27-28-29, 2020

Cost: $900 (5 game guarantee)
 
3 on 3 TEAM INFORMATION  FORM   We  are accepting registrations now

 *3  on 3 division groups will be based on each teams league/team standings for the  2019 - 2020 season.

This  to make sure we do our best in ensuring teams are playing similar caliber  teams.
 

Game  format is 3 on 3 plus goalie.

 All  teams must have a minimum of 6 skaters + one goalie

and  a maximum of 7 skaters + one goalie.

All  teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 games.

Team  jerseys will be provided for tournament play and players will keep their  jerseys.

Each  game will consist of one 30 minute ice time. (3 min Warm-up, 2 - 12 min run time  periods with a 3 min break in between periods)

NOTE:   Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. 

All fees must be  paid in full to complete registration and to guarantee a  spot.

All registrations  must be received by February 28, 2019.
