Female Hockey Day - From the Safety of Your Home!

On January 30 & 31, Hockey Alberta will be hosting our 2021 Female Hockey Day Celebrations online!

Hockey Alberta has been hosting Female Hockey Day since 2017 in different communities across Alberta and this year the virtual format will allow players and parents from across the province to come together and celebrate female hockey in Alberta!

We will be hosting a two day series of seminars and panels on January 30 and 31 for young female hockey players and their parents. Seminars will run from 9 AM - 12:00/12:30 PM on each day and will include a variety of topics and Panels such as Nutrition, Team Alberta Experiences (Panel), Opportunities in Hockey (Panel), Mental Health and Skills, National Team (Panel), and one At-Home Fitness session each day.
