Dear Lethbridge Minor Hockey Parents and Guardians,
We are reaching out to you today to make you aware of an important matter concerning our hockey community. It has come to our attention that a parent involved in our program may approach other families to request financial assistance or monetary support for personal reasons. While we understand that many within our program wish to support one another, we want to be clear that this individual is acting independently and without the knowledge, support, or endorsement of Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association.
We strongly advise that no money be given under these circumstances. If you are approached in any way or feel uncomfortable, we encourage you to notify us directly so that we can address the situation appropriately and maintain the integrity and safety of our community.
Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and cooperation. Our priority remains creating a respectful and positive environment for all players and their families.
