Subject: Partnership Update with the Lethbridge Hurricanes
Dear Lethbridge Minor Hockey Members,
For over 13 years, the Lethbridge Hurricanes have been a proud sponsor and valued partner of Lethbridge Minor Hockey. This partnership has given our players the incredible opportunity to wear the Hurricanes “H” logo — a symbol of pride, unity, and community within Lethbridge’s hockey culture. We are proud that our players represent such a respected WHL organization on and off the ice.
Over the past few years, it has come to the attention of both organizations that the Hurricanes logo has been used without authorization on various forms of apparel and merchandise. To ensure we continue to respect and protect the integrity of this partnership, as well as the branding rights of the Lethbridge Hurricanes, we are making an important change moving forward.
Effective immediately, all use of the Hurricanes “H” logo will be managed exclusively through Peak Marketing (CAHL), OnBrand (Elite), the authorized dealers for the Lethbridge Hurricanes. This step helps us uphold the standards of our partnership and ensures consistent, high-quality representation of both the Hurricanes and Lethbridge Minor Hockey brands within our community.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation with this change. By working together, we can maintain the strong relationship we’ve built with the Lethbridge Hurricanes and continue giving our players the honour of wearing the “H” proudly in our hockey community.
