- one for returning Lethbridge Resident players
- one for NEW TO MINOR HOCKEY, NEW TO LETHBRIDGE, and NON RESIDENT Players on AAA Teams
We are mandated by Hockey Canada to use the Hockey Canada Registry for all hockey registrations within Canada.
The Hockey Canada fee per participant is $2.00 which will be added at the end of your transaction.
NEW TO MINOR HOCKEY - We require you to bring Birth Certificate & Health Card
NEW TO LETHBRIDGE - We require Parent Declaration Form & proof of residence
NON LETHBRIDGE RESIDENTS - We require Notification to Tryout Form, Player Verification Form
