The Lethbridge Hurricanes of the Western Hockey League, and the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association, are once again teaming up to bring the Hurricane Summer Hockey Camp for young athletes to (arena to be announced) this summer.
We are in the early stages of planning with our partners, more information being revealed by the end of April 2024.
The hockey school emphasizes skating, puck handling, passing, and shooting skills, will utilize small area games, involves direct coaching from some of the best hockey camp instructors in Alberta, and incorporates the values of Hockey Canada’s Long Term Player Development model.
At this Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey School, your child receives:
> 2 hours on-ice per day (Two separate ice sessions daily, one hour each in length).
> 2 off-ice development sessions per day.
> Lunch served daily.
WHO: U7, U9, U11 and U13 players and goaltenders. Looking to expand into a U15 group.
